BATTLE OF AYACUCHO
Our goal was to immortalize the spirit of the Battle of Ayacucho, creating a monument that captured the pure energy of independence. By combining massive scale with meticulous detailing, we aimed to transform a public space into a historical narrative that resonates with the bravery of those who fought for freedom.
The Liberty Charge: Ayacucho Immortalized
This monumental installation features nine life-sized soldiers, anchored by a central piece that dominates the skyline: a three-meter-high equestrian statue in a dynamic, rearing pose. We use high-contrast metallic finishes to highlight the tension in the form of the sculpture, juxtaposing the traditional art of the soldiers with the modern backdrop of the surrounding architecture. The result is a powerful visual tribute that connects a heroic past with the contemporary landscape.
