COMPLEX GEOMETRIES
The freedom of design is the fundamental pillar of laser sintering (SLS), allowing engineers to transcend the limitations imposed by conventional manufacturing methods. By eliminating the need for physical support structures, this technology makes it possible to conceive parts with unprecedented internal and external complexity, where the only real restriction is the designer's vision and the technical requirements of the component.

Innovation without support restrictions.
The process uses a preheated powder bed that acts as a natural support for each sintered layer, allowing the creation of extreme overhangs, curved internal channels, and deep cavities that would be impossible to machine or clean in other processes. This capability is critical for the consolidation of assemblies, allowing the printing of parts composed of multiple moving or interconnected elements in a single session, significantly reducing assembly times and potential points of structural failure.
