COMPLEX GEOMETRIES

Traditional manufacturing methods like CNC or injection have rigid rules that limit innovation: they cannot make curved internal channels, lattice structures, or drastic weight reductions without losing integrity. We design for additive manufacturing (DfAM), freeing your engineers from the manufacturing constraints of 50 years ago.

Geometric freedom and topological optimization of components.

We apply the principles of Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) to create solutions that simply cannot be produced through subtractive processes such as milling or turning. This includes the creation of conformal internal cooling channels, lattice structures that optimize the strength-to-weight ratio, and the consolidation of assemblies: what previously required joining five pieces with screws and gaskets can now be printed as a single monolithic piece. This capacity for topological optimization not only reduces the weight of the assembly but also eliminates potential points of failure and drastically simplifies your assembly logistics.
